The Port of Hamburg has a special role to play due to its location in the heart of the city. The aim of the HPA port management is therefore to act in accordance with all aspects of sustainability. Since 2011, the HPA has published a sustainability report every two years, which provides information on the impacts, sustainability management and sustainability activities.
