The electronic tendering process is fast and easy:
1. Register once at https://www.vergabe.rib.de/bieter/
Note: Please do not use a personal email account if possible! Select the right package for you. All packages meet our requirements.
2. Log in using your username and password, which are activated shortly after registration.
3. After you have applied for a tender, you can download the tender documents free of charge and begin your internal tender process.
4. The submission of digital offers takes place conveniently in electronic text form or, if desired, encrypted with an electronic signature. The submission of offers in paper form continues to be possible for the time being.

Electronic tendering simply explained in four steps:
1. Register
One-off registration on the tendering platform gives you access to all the tenders published on the platform. Using your self-selected user name and password, you can participate in public tenders at any time free of charge.
Please do not use your personal e-mail account when registering!
In the case of EU-wide open tenders, you can also access the tender documents without registering (in PDF format), in accordance with new EU guidelines.
2. Download the tender documents
You can apply to tender 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After applying, you can download the tender documents free of charge and begin the process.
3. Submit your bid
Digital bids are signed with an electronic signature and submitted in encrypted form.
It is still possible to submit your bid by signing the standard form, or electronically in text form.
It is also still possible to submit your bid in paper form.
4. Online submission report
If you submitted your bid digitally, you can view the online submission report following submission.
